Dialer delay settings depend on whether SIA limits are enabled.
If SIA Limits are enabled:

Configure SIA Limits
To configure SIA Limits using the Partner Portal:
- Log into the Partner Portal.
- Find the customer account.
- Click Remote Toolkit.
- In the Command Catalog, click to expand Timers.
- Click SIA Limit.
- Using the New Value dropdown menu, select On to enable or Off to disable.
- Click Change.
To configure SIA Limits using MobileTech:
- Log into the Partner Portal.
- Find the customer account.
- Tap Remote Toolkit.
- Tap Command Catalog.
- Tap to expand Timers.
- Tap SIA Limit.
- Using the New Value dropdown menu, select On to enable or Off to disable.
- Tap Change.
Panic alarm forwarding
On the Qolsys IQ Panel 2, some panic alarms forward immediately and some follow the dialer delay.
*Note:* These are panel programming specific and cannot be changed.
The following alarms send after the dialer delay:
- Silent panic
- Medical
- Police panic
- Keyfob emergency
The following alarms send immediately with no dialer delay:
- Duress code
- Fire
Adjust dialer delay
The dialer delay can be adjusted using the Partner Portal or MobileTech app.
To adjust the dialer delay using the Partner Portal:
- Log into the Partner Portal.
- Find the customer account.
- Click Remote Toolkit.
- In the Command Catalog, click to expand Arming Settings.
- Click Dialer Delay.
- In New Value, enter a number to indicate the desired dialer delay.
- Click Change.
To adjust the dialer delay using the MobileTech app:
- Log into the MobileTech app.
- Find the customer account.
- Tap Remote Toolkit.
- Tap Command Catalog.
- Tap to expand Arming Settings.
- Tap Dialer Delay.
- In New Value, enter a number to indicate the desired dialer delay.
- Tap Change.
