Dialer delay settings depend on whether SIA limits are enabled.

If SIA Limits are enabled:
Default 30 seconds
Minimum 15 seconds
Maximum 45 seconds
If SIA Limits are disabled:
Default 30 seconds
Minimum 0 seconds
Maximum 254 seconds
Configure SIA Limits
To configure SIA Limits using the Partner Portal:
  1. Log into the Partner Portal.
  2. Find the customer account.
  3. Click Remote Toolkit.
  4. In the Command Catalog, click to expand Timers.
  5. Click SIA Limit.
  6. Using the New Value dropdown menu, select On to enable or Off to disable.
  7. Click Change.
To configure SIA Limits using MobileTech:
  1. Log into the Partner Portal.
  2. Find the customer account.
  3. Tap Remote Toolkit.
  4. Tap Command Catalog.
  5. Tap to expand Timers.
  6. Tap SIA Limit.
  7. Using the New Value dropdown menu, select On to enable or Off to disable.
  8. Tap Change.

Panic alarm forwarding

On the Qolsys IQ Panel 2, some panic alarms forward immediately and some follow the dialer delay.
*Note:* These are panel programming specific and cannot be changed.
The following alarms send after the dialer delay:

  • Silent panic
  • Medical
  • Police panic
  • Keyfob emergency

The following alarms send immediately with no dialer delay:

  • Duress code
  • Fire

Adjust dialer delay

The dialer delay can be adjusted using the Partner Portal or MobileTech app.

To adjust the dialer delay using the Partner Portal:
  1. Log into the Partner Portal.
  2. Find the customer account.
  3. Click Remote Toolkit.
  4. In the Command Catalog, click to expand Arming Settings.
  5. Click Dialer Delay.
  6. In New Value, enter a number to indicate the desired dialer delay.
  7. Click Change.
To adjust the dialer delay using the MobileTech app:
  1. Log into the MobileTech app.
  2. Find the customer account.
  3. Tap Remote Toolkit.
  4. Tap Command Catalog.
  5. Tap to expand Arming Settings.
  6. Tap Dialer Delay.
  7. In New Value, enter a number to indicate the desired dialer delay.
  8. Tap Change.
