RE: POWER DOWN FOR LEGACY PANELS WITH SOFTWARE VERSION 1.4.3 AND SYSTEM PIC

Issue Scope:
This TSB only affects panels manufactured in 2013 using System Pic Version 76_12 AND running software version 1.4.3:
- The date of manufacture can be found using the 5th and 6th digit of the panel serial number (SN) I.E: QSNB1341000153
- The System Pic Version can be found in the software under: Settings>About>System Pic Version
- The Software Version can be found in the software under: Settings>About>Software Version
Overview:
For legacy IQ Panels with Software Version 1.4.3 AND System PIC Version 76_12 ONLY: Using the “Power Down” function from the Settings menu will cause the panel to not shut down properly, forcing the user to do a hard reset by removing the battery and power adapter while the screen is still on. Do not attempt to use the “Power Down” button if on this version, instead remove the AC adapter from the wall and unplug the battery if a power down is needed. These panels are still supported by Qolsys and do not warrant a return, repair, or replacement.
