Here's how to enable the Live Video Cameras and Doorbell Camera streaming to the control panel screen.
Log into www.alarm.com user web portal. Go to Video --> Settings --> Stream Video to Security Panel Screen -- Select each camera you want to stream to the panel. Up to 40 cameras allowed.
To enable Video Doorbell Push and Motion Notifications: Go to Video --> Settings --> Video Device Info -- Select the Doorbell under Video Device -- Send Motion Notifications to the panel. Send Push notifications to the panel

NOTE: 2 Factor Authentication must be disabled on the Alarm.com account for the streaming feature to work. All legal agreements must be agreed to prior to the feature working, including on any secondary logins for the account.
