The interface may revert back to the main screen when trying to navigate to other pages like Settings.This is the behavior when the voltage drop has exceeded below the threshold. The minimum voltage reading metered directly at the DC inputs must be >11.5Volts.
Some steps to fix:
Shorten the wire length,
Move to a closer by outlet
Use all 4 conductors if wire is 22/4 gauge
See page 10 of the IQ Panel installation guide for details, we recommend to use 18/2 gauge wire, no longer than 25 feet in length. You can also use a 22/2 gauge wire without exceeding about 12 feet.
