If a sensor is Offline or Failure alert also showing a ? on the IQ Panel status, this means the sensor supervisory timeout has exceeded the 4, 12 or 24 hour limit.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Run a sensor test and make sure the signal is at least Fair (2 packets)
- Trip the device
- Replace batteries on the sensor
- Make sure the device is not mounted on any metal surface, or large metal objects blocking the signal to the IQ Panel
- Move the device closer to the panel
- If using IQ Panel2, check the orientation of the antenna is hanging down to the right behind the wall
