If you're having supervisory issues with the Hardwired 16 Translator zone (Hardwire Takeover) zone on the panel / alarm.com, you can fix by:
- Put the translator in EOL learn mode
- Using a piece of wire in between the terminals to short it out which sends the signal to wake up the supervision
- Supervisory condition should clear immediately on the panel
- Take the translator out of EOL learn mode
Note: secure the short in the tamper terminals permanently
