Make sure the LED's on the HOME and EMERGENCY buttons are lit GREEN or RED. If NOT, then your IQ Panel may have lost power. Check the power to the outlet and transformer and wire connections.
Your IQ Panel is not responding to screen touches or remote commands. If the LED's are lit but the system is not responding to touch or remote commands, you should perform a hard reset. Hold the HOME button for 30 seconds until the lights flash. Let go of the button and wait for the system to reboot.
WARNING: DO NOT hard reset the system unless absolutely necessary. If the screen is responding, follow the proper power down instructions found in the settings. Follow the screen prompts.
