Master reset the device can be done as follows:
1. Ensure the lock is in the unlocked position.
2. Remove the battery cover.
3. Insert the reset tool into the reset button slot for 5 seconds, until a beep is heard.
Note: The reset button is located under the battery compartment on the right side.
4. Allow the lock to calibrate (the lock motor will activate back and forth several times, then lock itself).
