Will bluetooth disarm work on the panel work with the phone actively paired to mutiple devices ?

Yes.Bluetooth disarming will still work, for example, if your phone is paired to your headphone and you are in the vicinity of the panel and entering the bluetooth range of the panel, the phone will still disarm the panel if enabled for bluetooth disarming.
