If your Time/Date/Year is defaulted to 1970, you will not be able to update the software due to security certificate exchange. Make sure your time and date and year are current, at least within the same day in order to update. Time is updated from Alarm.com and can be pushed from AirFX.
Make sure your Internet is connected. Even though you're showing WiFi connection, the Internet service may be down. Test the Internet with another device or System Test on the panel --> Panel Test --> Internet Connection
It could be a firewall setting on the router. Turn off firewall and try again.
